Platform Engineer — Kubernetes, OpenShift & GitOps
Platform Engineer specialized in Kubernetes/OpenShift and GitOps. 10 years of experience industrializing CI/CD pipelines and migrating critical infrastructure — private banking, B2B SaaS, European logistics. Most recently at Lombard Odier (Luxembourg): OpenShift migration and ArgoCD deployments.
Lombard Odier, a Geneva-based private bank founded in 1796, was running a critical application migration across OpenShift zones in Luxembourg. Embedded in the platform team, I owned the technical coordination of migrations, pipeline reliability, and management reporting.
Optimy, a B2B SaaS for sponsorship and CSR management (200+ enterprise clients), was running on aging CI/CD infrastructure (GoCD) that slowed dev teams down. Mission: modernize the entire build and deployment pipeline without disrupting production.
Long-term engagement (2 years) through Eleven Labs for a client in the education sector. The platform suffered from 2 years of accumulated tech debt: slow deployments, recurring incidents, 5 poorly synchronized environments. I took ownership of the entire delivery chain and production stability.
Coffreo, an HR digitization platform for temp staffing, needed to migrate their entire application stack to Kubernetes under tight deadline. 6-week commando mission with a non-negotiable target: zero downtime.
Trusk, a last-mile logistics startup scaling across Europe, needed to industrialize an infrastructure that had grown too fast. 50+ microservices, multiple clouds, no IaC — everything had to be rebuilt to support growth.
Telemaque, a CRM and phoning solutions provider, had no DevOps practices whatsoever: manual deployments, no CI/CD, on-premise infrastructure. I led the complete transformation to cloud and modern practices — my first full-time DevOps role.
My start at Telemaque as a backend developer — building an in-house CRM and multi-country phone outreach application (France, Belgium, Switzerland). It was through automating workflows and managing infrastructure that I transitioned into DevOps.
Alongside freelancing, I build and operate my own SaaS products. Most notable: a media conversion platform that reached +1M visitors/month, fully operated on dedicated infrastructure — from server provisioning to production monitoring.
Technical management of an offshore team for a multi-sport application. Strategic vision definition and product roadmap.
