The Geneva-based private bank, founded in 1796, was running a critical migration of its applications between OpenShift zones in Luxembourg. Embedded in the platform team: technical coordination of the migrations, pipeline reliability and reporting to management.

  • Planning and execution of cross-zone OpenShift migrations, with no service interruption
  • Operation and production deployment of Java banking applications and third-party software on OpenShift
  • Production support contribution: debugging of application incidents and problem-record (PRB) follow-up
  • Diagnosis of production performance degradations linked to on-premise storage; tracking dashboards and reporting to management (N+1 to N+3)
  • Deployment and industrialization of releases via ArgoCD (GitOps) and Helm packaging
  • Automation of delivery processes and reinforced traceability of production releases
